Personaldrstorei.cv provides indoor plant care services, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly plant care subscription services (watering, fertilizing, repotting)
  • Sale of rare and collectible plant species
  • Office greening and commercial plant installation services
  • Florist school courses and educational workshops
  • Plant care consultation and advisory services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Service Terms

Monthly Subscription Services

Monthly subscription services are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service visit. Refunds for unused portions of the subscription period are subject to our refund policy.

Plant Sales

All plant sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. All plants are sold "as is" with care instructions provided. We are not responsible for plant health after delivery if care instructions are not followed.

Office Greening Services

Office greening services include a one-year survival guarantee. If a plant fails to thrive within the first year due to issues within our control, we will replace it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by client negligence, environmental factors beyond our control, or unauthorized modifications to the installation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Personaldrstorei.cv or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Conduct

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
