Monthly Subscription Services
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly subscription service at any time. To cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service visit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds for monthly subscription services are handled as follows:
- Full Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription and no services have been performed, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel after services have been provided, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
- No Refund: Refunds are not available for services that have already been performed.
Plant Sales
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of live plants, returns are limited. Plants may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
- Damaged on Delivery: If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong plant, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
- Plant Death: If your plant dies within 7 days of delivery due to shipping issues or pre-existing conditions, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within the specified time frame with photos of the plant and a description of the issue
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned plant
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Plants that have died due to improper care or neglect
- Plants that have been repotted or modified
- Custom orders or special requests
- Plants purchased more than 30 days ago
Office Greening Services
Survival Guarantee
Our office greening services include a one-year survival guarantee. If any plant fails to thrive within the first year due to issues within our control (improper installation, incorrect species selection, maintenance errors), we will replace it at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Office greening service contracts may be cancelled as follows:
- Before Installation: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before scheduled installation
- After Installation: No refund for completed installations, but maintenance contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
Florist School Courses
Course Cancellation
Course cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:
- Online Courses: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase and less than 25% of course content has been accessed
- Live Workshops: Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the workshop date. 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop
- No Refund: Once a course is more than 25% completed or a workshop has begun, no refunds are available
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used for any of our products or services.
